Puff House Private Club is the private side of Puff House: a global community of adults who value quality, design and freedom. It is not a loyalty programme and you don't collect points in it. You gain access – to products that never make it to regular sale, to limited editions, experiences and to decisions about what we make next.

Classic loyalty programmes make you count points and wait for a discount. The Club works differently: your status determines what opens up for you. Status grows through what you do in the Club – purchases, voting, taking part in events, collecting stamps – never through the number of points. Four tiers, each opening more:
- MEMBER – every new account. Entry to The Vault, Puff Passport, Flavor Lab and Member Wallet.
- INSIDER – early access to Secret Drops, Experiences, Mystery Box and Partner Perks.
- BLACK – the first window on every drop, invitations for friends, exclusive events.
- ICON – the innermost circle. First access to everything Puff House releases.
What opens up for members
The Vault – products that never make it to regular sale. They open at a precisely announced time, in limited quantities; a reservation holds your piece in the basket for 24 hours.
Secret Drops – limited and numbered editions with windows by status: ICON first, then BLACK, INSIDER, MEMBER. The higher your status, the earlier you choose.
Mystery Box – a curated box whose contents we know and you discover when you open it. No lottery, just membership.
Puff Passport – a collection of stamps from places, countries, events and partner venues. Some you earn with an order delivered to a new country, others by scanning a QR code on site. Seasonal series have their own goal and bonus.
Flavor Lab – you vote on which flavour or edition gets made next. The results are binding and the winner goes into The Vault first.
Experiences – launch nights, tours, festivals and pop-ups. Reserve your place by status; taking part earns you a stamp.
Member Wallet – benefits that go further: priority shipping, a birthday gift, invitations, priority support.
Partner Perks – venues and brands that respect your membership. Show your membership card and the benefit applies outside Puff House too.
Founders Archive – the history of numbered editions and your collector's collection with certificates.
Missions – specific challenges that move you towards the next status. Some are secret and only appear once you complete them.
For our existing customers
If you shopped with us on the original e-shop, we have moved your account and you are straight away an INSIDER – a status that new members only reach through activity. Just log in via the link in the e-mail or set a new password through “Forgot password” and everything, including your order history, is in place.
How to join
- Create an account – at checkout with a single tick, or via the Join the Club button. No extra form. For persons 18+ only.
- Shop and get involved – every order, vote in Flavor Lab, stamp or event moves your status forward.
- Unlock access – the Club will notify you itself when a window opens for your status.
The Club is best in the app: install Puff House as an app on iPhone or Android (straight from the website, no App Store) and turn on drop notifications.
